Standards 115.87 (b) and 115.89 (b) of the Prison Rape Elimination Act require state departments of corrections to publish aggregate incident-based sexual abuse data at least annually and make that data readily available to the public through its web site or other means. The figure below shows the PREA incident types by case outcome for Nevada Department of Corrections facilities. The NDOC submits calendar data to the Bureau of Justice Statistics for our agency’s annual survey of sexual violence.
