The NDOC will accept applications for contractor/vendor background clearance via fax or email as a courtesy to expedite the process for our contractors/vendors. However the original forms MUST be mailed to our offices at:

Registering for a Pre-Bid Job Walk

All vendors/contractors must be cleared through the background check process in order to register for a pre-bid job walk.

All registration forms and applications must be received a minimum of seven days in advance of date of the pre-bid job walk.
